ME AND EARL AND THE DYING GIRL ...A FILM FOR THE AGES
ME AND EARL - AND THE DYING GIRL
AT FIRST IT WAS EXTREME FOR ADULTS WHEN I LOOKED AT THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. THE ADULTS ARE REALLY TERRIFIC - AND THE SHOW TURNS OUT TO BE A BLAST FOR YOUNG TEENS
The adults seem to act just as nutty as their kids are. Especially their Father really pushes for emotion and sensitivity. Well - they got it. And they got it in a hurry. Everything in this movie goes on fast. Yep - it's pretty much authentic.
The Dying Girl (Olivia Cooke) helps Rachel. It's kinda odd as Earl and Greg - (friends) brought out a bunch of emotions. It's not clear that Rachel and Greg. It seems to be happy go-lucky at the ending. AS Greg and Rachel get married. Did she live? I don't know for sure.
Typical Teens are forced to see the world in the eyes of these healthy young boys. The adults act very strange. The family and the dogs have to take care of the boy (Greg) comes really emotional. Typical.
This real life story is tough to be a teenager - and the parents are not exactly light-hearted. A Great movie story however, is more important that everyone brought happiness at the end.

INSIDE OUT - BETTER THAN EVER
GREAT - IT'S VIBRANT (Like Pixar's) "UP". It couldn't be better direction from Pete Doctor and co. The animation is fantastic story telling.
This is marvelous. The audience just smiles all during the film. I'm sure that the children and adults witnessed something very special. The movie with the colors is absolutely the most exciting movie I've seen in years. At the screening - the audience was begging that it might be too complex for some kids - but many were thrilled. Fly me to the Moon.
The Older people at the movie laughed out loud all through the show. Some of the movie is a little creepy - but then again it excites the songs and animation. They love you also.
The colors on "Inside Out" is wildly wonderfully incredible incredible - and you will fall over, with the gorgeous humorous jokes. Yet - the story is well paced. The audience is certainly smiling. Kids get it - they know what they can do.
There are emotional lighter moments. There is the bright side and the creepy side also. But - the audience is triumphant. It excites the songs and animation. I love you also!
The movies around the world is where you will find tension that brings out loads of emotions. Everything fascinates me. The picture on the screen is unique and creative. I'm sure that 'Inside Out' brings out the best film this year.

FROM THE FILM - I am Michael -
Director Justin Kelly
'I am Michael' tells a true story. It tells a controversial true story of Michael Glatze, well-known San Francisco gay rights activist. He renounced homesexualty and became a Christian pastor. On the film - it might change.
Watching the film at the Castro Theatre - you will all find out along that the 39th San Francisco International LGBTQ Film Festival is an amazing experience at the gorgeous socially and exciting Actors on the huge screen.
Some LGBT people remain in the closet on the screen. There is love, and there is also re-entering in the closet. One of them or more sometimes, hide their sexuality. At the Castro the annual attendance of 60,000 to 80,000 is very exciting. The film exhibition at the arts Event was amazed by the audience this Sunday of the month for the Festival at the Castro.
The Fest is held every year in late June according to the Schedule. In the San Francisco area, Theatre's are in SF.
There have been many Frameline Film Festivals. For this quality is held every year as Awards for Best Feature, Best Documentary and Best Short. I've heard that Gay Cinema's of the United States are everywhere.

LOVE AND MERCY - DARK AND LIGHT -BUT STILL THE BEST THIS YEAR
JOHN CUSACK - & ELIZABETH |
LOVE AND MERCY
WHO NO'S? SUNSHINE SEEMS TO BE RIGHT - NOW IN A DARK PLACE - AND MUSIC IS FALLING APART
The Best emotional film is this year - plus all the Jazz - but Brian may have ruined "Rock & Roll". But I'm with it - as Brian Wilson is Amazing. And no wonder...Elizabeth Banks takes care of Wilson. He is a fantastic person -- and he should win an Oscar.
Wilson is Heart wrenching. The story is amazing - and every day falls astonishing. Of course Brian is falling apart. His tyrannical father was mean. The Monsters around Brian is surrounded by imaginary darkness. There is this: Wilson's Dad
also has mental problems and was brutal.
Elizabeth Banks did not say much. Many of the scenes are quite frightening. However - because of the excellent pop tunes, there is the mentality - for Wilson.
Elisabeth Banks - who plays Cusacks love interest |
Brian may have ruined everything. But, then maybe they wanted to get away from all of each. It's what it is on the screen. It's ironic that everything fell to pieces - but in the end Wilson still brings out wonderful music. I've heard it many times, and there is still Pop Tunes instead of Demon's. At the end of the screening - Brian Wilson gives us the best movie at the end. It is Wilson who we got to see us on the Big Screen. His creative genius is still priceless.
